Important Office Policies

• Payment in full is due at the time of scheduling for all wellness appointments. Note: your credit card statement will show a charge from Walk Awake, LLC. A 10% admin fee will be deducted from all refunds, without exception.
• If your appointment runs over the scheduled time, you may be charged accordingly.
• 48 hours (2 business days) is required to cancel wellness appointments. No refunds will be issued after 30 days. *No refunds will be given on packages.
• Appointment credits must be used within 60 days. If an appointment is rescheduled due to missing forms or a missed appointment, there will be a $75 rescheduling fee.
• If you have not submitted your questionnaire on time, your session will be canceled and charged in full.
